It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend, Fran Reynolds OAM.

Fran was the heart and soul of Randwick Netball Association for more than four decades. A dedicated stalwart of our Association, former Vice President, inspiring leader, mentor, and friend, she gave so much of herself to the game and to the countless people whose lives she touched along the way.

Affectionately known to us all as “Our Fran,” she was admired for her unwavering kindness, generosity, wisdom, and commitment to netball. Her legacy extends far beyond the court, living on through the many players, coaches, umpires, volunteers, and administrators she encouraged, guided, and inspired over the years.

Fran’s contribution to netball was extraordinary, and her recognition as an Officer of the Order of Australia (OAM) was a fitting tribute to a lifetime of service to our sport and community.

Our heartfelt thoughts and deepest condolences are with Fran’s family, friends, and everyone whose lives she enriched. She will be greatly missed, fondly remembered, and forever remain a treasured part of the Randwick Netball Association family.
