NOMINATIONS CALLED FOR VACANT POSITIONS – TO BE VOTED AT THE RNA COUNCIL MEETING 18th FEBRUARY 2025
RNA Sub Committees play an integral role in the running of our Association. Each sub committee is formed of members from clubs and overseen by RNA Executive members who work together to help administer, organise, plan and develop important areas within our Association.
Sub Committees members are elected by RNA Council Members at the Annual General Meeting. The Sub Committees to be voted for each year at the AGM are below (note there may be other Sub Committees formed throughout the year, positions advertised as required):
- UMPIRES COMMITTEE – 5 members to be elected and is overseen by RNA Umpires Coordinator – 4 to be voted at 18/2/25 Council meeting
- COACHES COMMITTEE – 5 members to be elected and is overseen by RNA Coaches Coordinator – 5 to be voted at 18/2/25 Council meeting
- SENIOR GRADING COMMITTEE – 3 members to be elected plus RNA Senior Convenor and overseen by RNA Senior Competition Coordinator – 1 to be voted at 18/2/25 Council meeting
- JUNIOR GRADING COMMITTEE – 3 members to be elected plus RNA Junior Convenor and overseen by RNA Junior Competition Coordinator – filled no votes at 18/2/25 meeting
- CANTEEN COMMITTEE – up to 5 members to be elected and is overseen by RNA Treasurer – filled no votes at 18/2/25 Council meeting
- DIVERSITY COMMITTEE – unlimited – members to be elected at 18/2/25 Council meeting
Participation in RNA Sub Committees is voluntary and elected members:
- must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- must be a registered member with an affiliated club within RNA.
- must attend Sub Committee meetings as arranged
- must hold or be willing to apply for a current Working with Children Check.

RNA Sub Committee Nomination Form
To nominate someone for a Sub Committee position the nominator and seconder as well as the nominee must be senior registered members of Randwick Netball Association at the time of the nomination submission.
The nominee must have given consent to be nominated and relevant qualifications and experience can be provided on this form.
Nominations must be submitted to the Returning Officer by 5pm 18th February 2025 and will be voted on at the Council Meeting to be held at 7pm on Tuesday 18th February 2025.
